At ZentikBD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also have all the original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

Exchanges (Size Issues or Defects)

We understand that size issues can happen. We gladly accept exchanges if you need a different size or if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first to initiate the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be sent back to your original method of payment or Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective, damaged, or we made a mistake with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
